PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major and national holidays. Please know that every attempt is made to fill and ship your order within 1 – 3 days. Any orders placed after 12pm est will go out the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Shipping cost will be calculated based on the shipping type selected (domestic ground, 2-day, or next day), the weight of your shipment and your location. All items are shipped either through UPS, USPS or Fed Ex. For now we do not take international orders.

Shipping fees are non refundable under any circumstances. Please know that all packages are uninsured. Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.

TAXES
All orders placed within United States are subjected to sales tax at the locate rate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are only granted on full priced items. To complete a return you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization. The item(s) must be in its original condition, tagging and packaging to be refunded. Unfortunately, we are unable to authorize exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must ask for a return and then purchase that desired item in a separate transaction.

All shipping costs, duties, etc involved with shipping a return product back to our shop are at the customers’ expense. Shop-Elevators is not responsible for the loss or damage of your purchase through any postal courier. All sale items are final sale; no returns or exchanges.

TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your linked tracking number from [email protected]. Of course, do not hesitate to contact our concierge desk if we can assist you at all in tracking your package.

SECURITY
All orders submitted to Shop-Elevators are encrypted with 256 bit SSL security to ensure your transactions are processed safely.

PRIVACY
All payment information is transferred from your computer to our servers using a secure, encrypted protocol (https). Under no circumstances will Shop-Elevators sell or share your personal information through our shop.

Shop-Elevators is an online catalog that operates a Web Site that allows its users to order men’s clothing and accessories, and signup to receive information periodically from Shop-Elevators.

This Web Site is intended for use only by users who are at least 18 years of age.

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is listed incorrectly, Shop-Elevators reserves the right to refuse the sale and may offer the item again with the correct information.

Shop-Elevators does not guarantee the availability of any items listed in the shop. If the item selected for purchase is not available, Shop-Elevators will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation.
